INCENTIVES

Coordinators who carry out their job requirements successfully throughout the season (including pre- and post- season as indicated in the job description) will be reimbursed the fee amount(s) paid for the season for their child(ren) on Rec Express teams according to the tenure matrix below:

First season as a Coordinator = 1 child
Second season as a Coordinator = All qualifying children in the family play for free.
